Customer Satisfaction is Our Number One Goal! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item with the receipt within 30 days. We will replace the item or credit your credit card for the amount of the purchase, less any shipping charges (paid by you or us). The item you are returning must arrive to us on or before the 29th day, for customer security we no longer have any credit card information after day 30. We do not refund any shipping charges. All orders over $100 will be charged a restock fee equivelant to the shipping charges Bearlanders Trading co has incurred shipping the order to you. We will not issue a refund on any merchandise we receive damaged by the customer. The item you return must be in its original condition (new, unused and unworn) we do not accept returns on worn merchandise, carefully wrapped and returned to us at: Bearlanders Trading Co., 1079 Harpy Eagle Ave, Henderson NV 89015-8509. Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. We do not refund wholesale purchases, if you purchased dream catchers or any merchandise at wholesale prices, we do not offer a refund (if you change your mind and send the merchandise back, we will not refund this purchase).
