This Jewelry is a Turquoise and Mother of Pearl Necklace made by the Native American artist Taina T. Turquoise is thought to promote healing and bring good luck. This handcrafted single strand necklace is made of liquid silver on a mini cable with a barrel clasp, six 12mm Mother-of-Pearl beads, and has three Turquoise nuggets set between two 8mm and six 5mm Silver Rose Beads. Measuring 19 inches in length.
